Our football team, the Chamba Sports Academy had an outstanding 2024/2025 season. Under coach Atoubamout and his team, our senior boys carried out an amazing and outstanding season in both the Cameroon cup journey and the regional championship. Our young players demonstrated discipline, teamwork, and remarkable progress during the various games they were involved in both in Bertoua and out of the city.
The team made up players from different age groups developed a powerful solidarity and dynamism in a short period which allowed the coach to easily work with them and implement his training and game methodologies. We did not only qualify for the second round of the Cameroon cup but we beat top tier teams such as ISOSHA and Union of Douala to reach the 8th finals where the giant Canon Yaounde kicked us out. After our elimination at the cup of Cameroon, we further pushed our efforts in the regional championship where we were eliminated at the semi finals.
Our team and staff remains proud of the performances of the team and we keep growing a new pool of talented players which shall keep the team stronger for the next season. Since the creation of our academy, this was the year with the best performances so far and we shall work hard to beat this level next year..
