The importance of developing and recycling the capacity of local football trainers and coaches in a football environment is very important.
Football trainers need to enhance their training skills in order to better train and coordinate their players to meet present football methodologies.
For this reason we organised in collaboration with Hope Foundation e.V a 4 days training workshop to benefit football educators and trainers in the East region. Our workshop was facilitated by Coach Gerome Henrrionnet from France, a UEFA A coach who voluntarily travelled to Cameroon to share his skills and knowhow with other trainers.
These intensed days were covered with both theoretical and practical work on the field. At the end of the workshop, 19 coaches were proud to receive their certificate of attendance signed by the Cameroon football federation, our team and the visiting coach.
